Umami Seasoning Salt - Black Tie
House grown oyster mushrooms are dehydrated and ground down to a fine consistency. We lightly toast the oyster flour to bring out the complex flavor. It is mixed with our in-house smoked sea salt in an Applwood smoke infused with garlic, onion and paprika. We finish it off with a black garlic infusion. A earthy flavor from the mushrooms, smokiness from the salt and the flavor profile of the black garlic offers of aged balsamic, black cardamom, tamarind.
