Phoenix Oyster (Pleurotus pulmonarius) is very similar to Pearl Oyster (Pleurotus ostreatus) but resembles the lung / trumpet shape and usually brown in color. Also known as the Lung Oyster, Phoenix Mushroom, Indian Oyster, or Italian Oyster.
